How is this different from doing it myself in QuickBooks?
Software records transactions; it doesn't check them. We reconcile every account, catch miscategorizations before they compound, and tell you what the numbers mean.
Can I see my numbers anytime?
Yes. Everything lives in your own accounting file, under your login.
Do you file my GET returns?
Yes. Routine GET returns (and TAT, if you rent short-term) are prepared and filed as part of the monthly close.
