Flat quote
A fixed price for monthly work, a one-time catch-up, or both. You say yes or ask questions; there's no obligation.
Setup and catch-up
You invite us into your accounting file and share bank and card feeds. We reconcile every account through today and send a short list of questions.
Every month
Books closed by the 15th, reports and a short note delivered, GET filed on schedule. We check in before deadlines in between.
What we'll need from you
Not much, and mostly once.
- An accountant invitation to your accounting software
- Bank and card feeds, or statements if feeds aren't possible
- Answers to a short list of questions during catch-up
- A few minutes a month to read the note
Questions people ask
I'm switching from another bookkeeper. Is that hard?
No. We review the file, fix anything that's off, and pick up from there, usually without needing much from your old bookkeeper.
Do you work with businesses outside Hawai‘i?
Yes. We're based on O‘ahu and happy to meet locally, but everything runs remotely and we work with clients nationwide.
